Because no matter how bad my artist's block gets, I can't resist making fun of awful fandom once in a while. Wait a minute...what do you mean that's not fandom?! A book actually contains SPARKLING VAMPIRES?!

Real vampires incinerate painfully in the sun. Lestat is ashamed. So ashamed.

EDIT: Dude, guys...I know Lestat doesn't burn anymore after around book three. Maybe this is Lestat from book one or two. Or maybe it's totally irrelevant because it's silliness. XD

...The first time I heard about "sparkling vampires" I was all "WTF?!" for quite awhile. I mean, like you said, vampires DON'T SPARKLE. THEY BURN. Sparkling in the sun is best left to the natural experts--the unicorns. ; P

Anyway, it's great to see more of your work again. I absolutely LOVE the sun's expression there. XD

LOL, I guess since vampires prefer virgin blood, the sparkly thing would actually be a good mechanism to lure prey. Entice, then bite.

Thank you for this... Honestly and sincerely... THANK YOU...

I work in a bookstore and I still have to deal with "Twi-hards" (as my manager calls them) on a regular basis. The really horrible part? About 3/4 of my coworkers have read all of them and LOVE them and so I have to put up with their squishing whenever someone comes in to buy one of the books.
